Our expertise includes National Registry work, State preservation work, Denver Landmarks/Historic Boulder work, City Landmark Designation, preservation work. Our expertise in historic preservation is well known. Fred Andreas, AIA has taught such techniques for the past ten years at the undergraduate and graduate levels at the University of Colorado School of Architecture and Planning. UNiT was selected to perform the next phases of renovation at the Colorado State Capital.
